Biographical/Historical Note

Seaborn J. Mays was born in Georgia and died December 20, 1883. In the 1860 census, Seaborn J. Mays is identified as a "Banker and Farmer." His wife, Lucy A. Mays was also born in Georgia and died April 14, 1886.
