|Abstract:||The collection consists of two volumes. The first volume is a typescript of the book, Slavery Time: When I Was Chillun Down on Master's Plantation, published by Beehive Press in 1973. The title on the typescript is, Interviews with Former Slaves. The second volume is also a typescript of the book, A Treasury of Georgia Folklore, published by Cherokee Publishing Company, Atlanta, Georgia, 1972. The second volume includes three illustrative bars of music and two ink sketches.|
