Biographical/Historical Note

Edward Scott Sell (1887-1972) was a professor of agriculture, rural social science and geography at Georgia State Teachers College and the University of Georgia. He was born March 9, 1887 in Hoschton, Ga., to Howell Jackson Sell and Julia Anderson Sell.
