Eden Plantation in Effingham County, Georgia was the property of Miss Carolyn A. Warnell of Pembroke, Georgia. Eden Plantation measured 3,251 acres.
Carolyn Warnell Bryan, who deeded the land for both the forest and the Center. The Mary Kahrs Warnell Forest Education Center was dedicated on 7 November 2001. The collection consists of a timber report and map of Eden Plantation from June 1948. G. M. Church, forest engineer examined the plantation and authored the report.
