Custodial History note

The collection was originally a scrapbook kept by Sterling Collier’s sister, Claudia (Chig), and was disbound for preservation purposes. Sterling’s mother, Mrs. Hollis V. Collier, presented the scrapbook to University of Georgia’s Special Collections Libraries.
