|Abstract:||The collection consists of the papers of Glenn L. Taylor relating to his service during World War I. The papers include five letters (1918-1919) from Taylor in Trier, Germany, to his parents in which Taylor describes in detail his transport from Camp Wheeler, Georgia to Germany. The collection also contains a scrapbook of photographs of Trier and Chaumont-en-Bassigny and Verdum (France) which include battle scenes, local points of interest, airships, and buildings used for military purposes.|
