T.H. Patterson was a Union soldier with the 187th Ohio Infantry Regiment in late 1865. He fought for the Union army. The 187th Ohio Infantry Regiment was only active for a year, mustered in March 1865 and let go in January 1866. It helped occupy Tennessee and Nasvhille during late 1865.
