Biographical/Historical Note

In 1855, Sigma Chi Fraternity was founded at Miami University of Ohio. Considered by some to be one of the oldest, largest and most prestigious fraternities, Sigma Chi's mission is the cultivation, maintenance and accomplishment of the ideals of friendship, justice and learning within our membership. The Delta Chapter was chartered in 1872 at the University of Georgia.
