The collection consists of a manuscript copy of a bill interrogatory presented before the Gwinnett County Superior Court, Georgia, dated 5 July 1866, containing primarily interrogatories of James M. Estes, witness for the plaintiffs, in the case of Johnson and Harwood versus the Gwinnett Manufacturing Company.
